Acceptable Use Policy
Effective: July 23, 2026
This Acceptable Use Policy is part of the LitTrack Terms of Service. By using the Service you agree to follow these rules. Violations may result in warnings, content removal, account suspension, or termination without refund, and may be reported to law enforcement where required.
You will not
- Upload, store, or share content that infringes another person's copyright, trademark, or other intellectual-property rights. This includes scanned or PDF copies of books, worksheets, curriculum materials, or images that you do not own or do not have a written license or fair-use basis to use.
- Upload content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, sexually explicit, hateful, or that promotes violence or discrimination against any person or group.
- Enter personal information about a minor beyond what is reasonably necessary for instruction — never Social Security numbers, government IDs, medical records, home addresses, or photographs unless you have documented parental consent.
- Share your account credentials, sell or transfer your account, or allow more than one educator to use a single seat.
- Resell, sublicense, white-label, or otherwise commercialize the Service without our written permission.
