School & District Data Agreements

This page is maintained by Raising Readers with Elise, LLC ("we," "us," or "our") to answer common questions from schools and districts about how we process student and educator data in LitTrack. It supplements our Student Data Privacy Policy, Privacy Policy, and Terms of Service.

Current availability

LitTrack is sold to independent tutors and specialists. We do not currently offer a pre-approved, ready-to-sign institutional data processing agreement, and LitTrack should not be treated as an approved school or district platform. If your school or district requires an executed agreement before any student information is entered, contact us first so we can review your requirements.

Current subprocessors

We rely on the following subprocessors to operate LitTrack. Each is bound by its own privacy and security terms, and we remain responsible for their acts and omissions within the scope of the services they provide to us.

How to request an agreement

If you are a school, district, or educator representing an institution that requires a fully executed data processing agreement before entering Student Data, please email us. Include the institution name, the person authorized to sign, and any specific clauses or state-law requirements you need included. We will respond with what we are able to agree to. Do not enter Student Data on behalf of an institution before an agreement is in place.

Changes to this list

We will notify customers of material changes to our subprocessor list. For customers with a signed agreement, we will follow the change-notification procedure described in that agreement.
